The Welcome Committee, and all those interested in joining, is meeting Sunday, 2/17/2019 at 1PM in the park pavilion.

We are going to discuss the following:

• Who will be on the Committee.
• What the responsibilities will be.
• The Welcome gift (ideas only).
• Ideas on what important information we will include in our visit. Example: Name, telephone numbers, email addresses, along with questions and concerns, and more.
• We will then set up another meeting to start collecting this information toward the end of March.
